Today was a pretty sad day for me... I officially retired my gardening mules due to the high RL cost and was very sad to log them out for the very last time considering all they did for me and how much I put into them. Its amazing how much I truly grew atattched to them, but have retained 3 for use. Maybe one day when I can afford them I will remake them and garden like mad once again. Goodbye mules....

Today I finally got back into perhaps my favourite thing to do in-game...Fishing :D

Having my good friend isadora there was great!! I cant wait to get my legendary Lu Shang's...will be a dream! Though im still only at 1600 fish so far...must get 10k o.o

But its the journey not the rewards that matters...Stay tuned.

Today is a very sad yet joyous (for them) day.... Emmesh aka Amyrose is leaving us to live in Melbourne with her boi James aka Wazzle (who's a hottie!!! :D)....I wish them nothing but the best and hope they keep in touch... and know...that although they may have left us, we will not forget the fun they shared with us.

Wow so much has change din the past week i havent posted!!

Firstly, Vivid grew up into a georgous adolescent!!! She's yellow with bright white tips and quite dark reddish legs.


I also noticed a whole ne wrange of care options come around witht he option to take her on an extended walk through Tahrongi Canyon!


Where we met a new group of NPC's training thier Choco 'Best'!



Basically they dared us to a race which I thought I'd I would leave to another day..


ASTARA update~~!

I have alos reached 38 on White Mage and have offically acquired 5/6 of the teleport scrolls....with no furthe rintention to gain lvl 42 for Tele-Vazhl.....However, im now levelling balck Mage to 37 (currently 32) so all my SMN subs are ready!

White Mage 36 = Obtained which ='s Teleport Holla, Teleport Dem, and Teleport-Mea!! WEEEE! About to ding 37 too....which means my sub is set for Summoner...may take it to 42 for all of the tele's...will see.

So just a quick update on Vivid illusion !!!

Well on day 9 I went to check on Vivid and was so happy too see that finally she was growing up and she had apparently gained a personality by becoming "Quite senitive, making her good with people"!!!

I'm so happy. She seems to be maturing very quickly in comparison to others choco's according to forum posts. I only hope my routine helps her become unique and strong.

Hey guys and gals,

Well this is going to be a summary blog of the weekends events cos as you know I have been away in the field doing my Univerisity Marine Science Project sampling at Port Stephens over the past 2 days with Chris. It was mostly fun with lots of learning (fun - fun!)

So basically all day Friday I spent preparing for the sampling, making sure we had all our equipment and chemicals for the preservation of my Trypaea australiensis (or for the google-spammer "Ghost Shrimp"). Chris came to pick me up (and alas the gear as I doubted my skills of carrying 10kg+ of ethanol etc on my Vespa baby).

We had to be up at 4:30am on saturday morning to be at Newecastle Uni. by 7am to meet my helper who is doing her honours. So we basically spent all day traversing across four sites along the southern side of Port Stephens yabby pumping for the little buggars so that I can take them back to the lab and compare thier diet composition based on the autochthonous and allochthonous materials within coastal estuarine systems.....yes, it's as interesting as it sounds!

So we finally called it a day after an exhausting lengthy sampling time and headed on the 2 hr drive home where we crashed onto the couch and watched DVD's forcing oursleves to not give into the screaming urge to sleep knowing it would screw us up for tonights sleep. Eventually we went to bed at about 9pm as for sunday morning we had to be up at 3am.....-.-

So we woke at 3 and left by 4am for another full day of back-breaking manual labour with an emphasis on shrimp genocide!! mwa-ha-ha! So while you were rugged up and sleeping (well apart from Ori who was on msn both mornings at 4am on msn when I was leaving!?!?) I was out in the field...cold, wet and covered in smelly mud...and loving it! :D On sundays sampling while I was pumping I scooped up what i thought was a harmless baby octopus until I had it in my palm i realised it was in fact a Blue-Ringed Octopus!!!! Luckily it was dead and not likely to kill me on the spot! We also sadly found a dead Stingray which had been slaughtered and had its barb removed by some ass-hats who need a good kick to the head!

So anyway, I start my lab analysis this thursday which will be good cos then I'll finally have some tangible data to start statistically analysing which means im so so close to finishing its crazy! 1.5 months and counting!!!!

hey guys, just an uber quick update on Asta since ive been slack lately!

Well on Monday I managed to level White Mage from 31-34 in only a few hours with this uber JP party in the Citadel and it was fantastic! Only 2 levels until I become a Jeuno tele-whore!

I started the spell quests for holla, dem and mea the other night and am proud to say I now have all three!!! wheeeeeee! Im going to take it to 37 for the sub of basically everything mage-related o.o Then I've decided to level warrior from its current 19 to 37 to sub my Samurai baby so I can get into merits again to gain the new abilities for Samurai. Although with all the assignments starting to pour in it could be a long...long....time :P

Also tomorrow (sat and sun) I start my sampling for Marine Project at Port Stephens.....orz.
Basically it means me and Chris getting up at 4am, driving to Port Stephens and smapling all day in the mud for shrimp .....0;0.....yes....shrimp. This is over BOTH days and no doubt by monday I will indeed look like a swamp mosnter from hell!

~~~Vivid Illusion Day 7 Update~~~

Hooray! Today Vivid was much better and 'completely cured'! and looks cuter than ever!!!! She even seems a bit bigger and has distinct red tips on her head feathers now that were grey yesterday!

Also today I recieved the white hankerchief key item from the NPC carer after being told Vivid is crying at night. Ive decided to keep it with me for a day or two while I exp. White Mage in the hope that some residual magic traces will be left on it to persuade her to be accustomed to magic and maybe mature into a green Janette!!
